Tolegen Bozjanov is one of our key professionals since 1998 when he joined the company. Previously he worked at the structured finance department of Halyk Savings Bank, where he managed projects for financing of different companies for the amount of over USD 10 million. At Kazkommerts Securities Tolegen took an active part in privatisation projects in telecommunications sector of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan and arrangement of depositary receipts programs for Kazakh issuers. Tolegen initiated and successfully executed placement of bonds for Almaty Kus among professional investors. Tolegen graduated from Warwick Univerity (United Kingdom) with a degree of Bachelor of Science with honours in Economics.
