How to open an account?
For individual person
Open a brokerage account; you can directly at Kazkommerts Securities, or remotely. You will need to arrange the following documents:
- ID card (original)
- RNN (original) document issued by Kazakh tax authority, manager removes the copy, stamped «true copy» and signed. Copies of these documents are submitted notarized.
- Signature cards (in the form of the Company). Card with signature and seal shall be signed by the Client in the presence of staff, and certified by the staff.
*In case of a contract and open an account in trust (in the form of the Company) in the signature cards Trustee also signs and provides personal identification document (original or certified copy).
**If the client is in another city, the above documents must be notarized.
For Corporates:
To open a personal account of will need to arrange the following documents:
1. Copy of the charter, certified by a notary;
2. A copy of state registration (re-) notarized;
3. Copy of the statistical card, notarized (from 1.1.2012, the excluded);
4. Copy of RNN document issued by Kazakh tax authority (since 01.01.2012. BIN) notarized;
5. Card with signature and seal (in the form of the Company), notarized, with copies of the mandatory provision of the identity card, signed card.
*In addition to the authenticity of signatures and seals, notary certified by: a) the person signing the document, and b) ability to sign a document), the authority signed the document in the possession of the right to sign the document or provided notarized copies of documents, confirming the powers of the individual.
**In case of a contract and open an account in trust (in the form of the Company) in the signature cards Trustee also signs and provides personal identification document (original or certified copy).
