Sholpan Aynabayeva joined the firm in 2003.
His professional career, Ms. Aynabayeva beginning in 1991 in Kazkredsotsbank, worked for one year at a specialist of department settlement-loan operations. From 1992 to 1996 she worked in AlemBankKazakhstan, at the post of head of section in charge of the conversion operations of the transaction on the exchange. There’s also she led department to attract resources. Also she led department of introducing new products in Kazkommertsbank. Then she moved to the Treasury Department. In addition, later Mrs. Aynabayeva served as treasurer in the LLP «GSM Kazakhstan JSC Kazakhtelecom» (K’cell). Prior to joining Kazkommerts Securities supervised broker-dealer activity in LLP «RG Securities» as Director of Sales & Trading department.
Sholpan Aynabayeva is a member of the National Register of Professional Corporate Directors, a finalist for «Entrepreneur of the Year 2007» held by Ernst & Young LLP.
In 1991 she graduated from the Leningrad Financial-Economic Institute. She graduated from the courses of «Sapienti» advanced training «European debt markets (Eurobonds)» in 2005 in London, hosted a training course «Maintenance of the elite private capital» in the International Financial Training Academy in 2006 in Paris.
Tasmagambetov Dauren Bulatovic — Managing Director of Kazkommerts Securities
Dauren Tasmagambetov joined the firm in early 2010.
Professional career Mr. Tasmagambetov began in 1998 in LLP «Actis Systems Asia», where he worked for three years, business development manager. Then, in 2001 he moved to the LLP «B.I.P.S." and sells server solutions and ERP-systems. In 2003, Mr. Tasmagambetov goes to work in Kazkommertsbank, where until 2005 he has been the leading specialist in the Office of Innovative Technologies «Kazkommertsbank». And since 2007, heads the Office of innovative projects
Dauren Tasmagambetov in 1998 graduated from the Faculty of International Economic Relations at the Kazakh State Academy of Management (Kazgau). In 2007, after graduating from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam, he received the degree of Master of Business Administration (Master of Business Administration, MBA).
